Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Works with our agile coaches to develop our DevOps culture, providing support and expertise in Agile Engineering practices Partners with Managers and Agile teams both within the organization at large, to ensure compliance and alignment as well as commonality of approach and practice Coordinates activities (training, lunch and learns, etc.) with Agile teams and ARTs to develop in-team capabilities to drive increased maturity in DevOps, conflict resolution and release processes for the SalesForce teams Partners with SalesForce development teams to provide a high level of expertise in resolving integration issues related to their applications joining our SalesForce ecosystem

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The successful candidate will have...
• To work closely with automation engineers, operations, and developers to build out our Jenkins pipelines and further mature these pipelines to production
• Experience building, merging, conflict resolution, deploying, operating, and monitoring large-scale transactional systems and custom software solutions
• Experience automating software configuration and deployment
• Strong development skills and understanding of branching and merging strategies involving GIT
• A deep understanding of the SDLC and how automation as well as industry best practice is applied
• Experience working with Energy & Utility Cloud
• At least three years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce Admin Cert (but not looking for dedicated Admins)
• Hands on experience with the Salesforce platform. Must understand Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience working with Service, Sales, Marketing, and Community clouds
