Your role and responsibilities

• Work with certification technical leadership to coordinate all external (third party) audit logistics.

• Lead and manage the full audit life cycle across service and certification teams for all audit related activities and deliverables.

• Work with Product Management to secure audit project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders including pre and post audit assertions for Service Focals and GMs.

• Managing and track audit engagements and key milestone activities to completion. (Examples: Engagement Letter, Rep Letter, FIN171 coordination, Service Focal(s) and GM Assertions, etc.)

• Manage and coordinate onsite and virtual audit logistics (rooms, time frames, etc.) and establish appropriate communication channels via SLACK, email and Webex.

• Create and maintain internal BOX links for assigned compliance programs covering scope, governance and all other project documentation.

• Schedule and drive appropriate meeting cadence required to achieve and maintain for a successful internal/external third-party audit.

• Work directly with Certifications team on risk management issues in IPWC to minimize project risks: identify, track, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues.

• Document and track Qualifying/Non-Qualifying auditor findings (Exceptions) reporting potential or confirmed audit impacting issues to Senior Certifications management while ensuring all RCA's and corrective actions are documented.

• Prepare and present senior leadership and Certifications management level project charts and weekly status reporting via Confluence dashboard.

• Conduct Lessons Learned by collaborating with Certifications and service teams to build and implement program continuous improvements.

• Project Management: Benefit from holding a PMP certification.

• Security and Compliance: Proficient in IBM Cloud security and compliance.

• Regulatory Controls: Well-versed in SOC2, NIST, and PCI standards.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional communicator with the ability to engage effectively with executives.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Microsoft Tools Expertise: Highly skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

• Time Management: Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and ensure timely project completion.

• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure project success.

• Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and effectively communicating project progress.

• Problem-Solving: Analyzing issues that arise during a project and finding effective solutions.
