Your Role and Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders
• Managing project risks and issues, and developing contingency plans as needed
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with IBM policies and procedures
• Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members
• Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies
• Working with resources across countries
• Managing suppliers

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field
• current PMP certification from PMI
• several years of experience in project management in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the management of supplier
