Your Role and Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders
- Managing project risks and issues, and developing contingency plans as needed
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with IBM policies and procedures
- Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members
- Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies
- Working with resources across countries
- Managing suppliers

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field
- current PMP certification from PMI
- several years of experience in project management in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the management of supplier
