Complex Program Manager, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted): Manage all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC) including project initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing. Gather and analyze functional, performance and business requirements. Develop detailed project plans with dependencies and key milestones based on coordination with all project stakeholders. Coordinate technical reviews with other IT groups to develop and document technical architecture and design. Manage scrum teams and ensure the collaboration of the teams for planning, dependencies and conflict. Perform granular time tracking for capitalization by monitoring and tracking the project forecast and budget. Ensure risks and issues related to scope, cost, time and quality are documented, communicated and mitigated in a timely manner. Perform status reporting to communicate progress to project sponsors, key stakeholders, and IT management, including IT scorecard and capital expenditures forecasting and reporting. Utilize: Agile Methodology, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Microsoft Project Plan, Business Finance principles: Capitalization, Expense, Forecasting. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related and five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager or related.
