Your Role and Responsibilities

Job Description Executes sales leadership and exhibits proficiency in identifying, qualifying and/or  closing large/complex business and IT solution opportunities. Work as trusted business advisor for client senior management team at the SOE  companies, and lead sizable project teams to design business solutions that will help grow or transform the companies. Build long term client relationship and engage in business development activities;  Build solid internal network to promote and develop operation strategy business opportunities. Demonstrates thorough organizational, business and professional skills and has  primary responsibility for the success of bringing the appropriate solution to closure. Takes direction from the appropriate IBM leaders, as designated in the detailed  description, and drives IBM's efforts to become the premier solutions provider. Requirements At least 6 years of relevant consulting experience in Chemical &  Petroleum industry for SOE company; At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy or  business development in Chemical & Petroleum industry. Minimum Bachelor degree from a top university; Post-graduate degree  holders preferred A positive and willing-to-learn attitude. Ability to think laterally  and multi-task; Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational  levels of the Firm; Self-starter, able to work under pressure and with minimal  guidance; Strong organizational skills and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision; Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with  others - will be able to demonstrate an aptitude for business development and building long term strong relationships; Keen business sense, risk and commercial awareness;  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and  Mandarin;

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1) financial consolidation, close and reporting including chart of accounts design and configuration and accelerated close; 2) planning, budgeting & forecasting including EPM strategy and process design, EPM package evaluation, selection and design and specialty package optimization (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Cognos Controller); and 3) financial business intelligence, analytics and information management including financial and non-financial Key Performance Indicator (KPI) rationalization and selection, balanced scorecard design and development, executive dashboard design and development and Finance information strategy, design and execution.
