Your Role and Responsibilities
- Adhere to CS center standard operation procedure which in line with company and client standard
- Maintain a high level of service to all internal and external in every aspect
- Ensure VOCs are handled in efficient way to make sure client problems are resolve satisfactorily
- Perform ad hoc assignments delegated by co-working teams or client in timely manner
- Be flexible on any operational changes

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Professional experience in CS center
- Retail, FMCG, IT, Manufacturing industry related experience is mandatory
- Good organizational skills and an ability for problem-solving
- Strong communication skill
