Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Works with clients to develop strategies including US Federal Financial Management solutions.
2. Consultant identifies strategic capabilities (process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge) needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage.
3. They identify best practices and client performance gaps, if any.
4. This role uses tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming and develops comprehensive transformation recommendations.
5. Help clients with financial consolidation, close and reporting including chart of accounts design and configuration and accelerated close;
6. Planning, budgeting & forecasting including Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) strategy and process design, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) package evaluation, selection and design and specialty package optimization (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Cognos Controller);
7. Financial business intelligence, analytics and information management including financial and non financial Key Performance Indicator (KPI) rationalization and selection, balanced scorecard design and development, executive dashboard design and development and Finance information strategy, design and execution.

1. Marketing related major graduate in 2024 with bachelor or master degree;
2. Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements
3. Openness to assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications.
4. Ability to thrive in an ever changing, technology based Consulting environment
5. A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
6. Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights

3. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands
