Your role and responsibilities
As a Business Sales & Delivery Executive-Cybersecurity Services, you will focus on identifying and securing high-value opportunities with net new enterprise accounts. You will use your extensive experience and industry knowledge to engage with key decision-makers, understand their cybersecurity needs, and present tailored solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead generation and prospecting for high-value, net new accounts within the cybersecurity domain.
- Qualifying and managing sales opportunities through to closure, with a focus on strategic accounts.
- Conducting deep-dive discovery calls and meetings with senior decision-makers to understand their security needs and offer tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Establishing and nurturing long-term, consultative relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and other stakeholders in prospective client organizations.
- Developing comprehensive sales strategies and engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and priorities.
- Managing a high-volume sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of opportunities into successful contracts.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
- Leading high-stakes negotiations and ensuring a successful close on complex cybersecurity deals.
- Achieving or surpassing sales targets and KPIs while maintaining an exceptional client satisfaction level.

Domain Experience:
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cybersecurity products, services, trends, and industry best practices, with the ability to engage in high-level technical discussions.
- CRM & Sales Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, or similar platforms, along with advanced sales tools for pipeline management.
Lead Generation & Sales:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Expertise in generating and cultivating leads through various methods, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 7 years in technology or cybersecurity-related fields, preferably in a senior sales or business development role.
- Strategic Sales Skills: Proven track record of selling complex solutions to large organizations, including the ability to influence C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
Client Management:
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with a history of successfully closing large and complex deals.
- Communication Skills: Advanced communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences and lead persuasive sales presentations.
- Time Management: Highly skilled in managing multiple high-priority sales cycles, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Cybersecurity Certifications: While not required, certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA would be considered a plus.
- Industry Leadership: Recognized as a thought leader or subject-matter expert in the cybersecurity industry, with deep knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Enterprise Sales Experience: Direct experience in selling to large enterprises across multiple industries, with a particular emphasis on the finance industry being a valuable asset.
- Regional Market Expertise: Strong understanding of the Philippines market, including local cybersecurity regulations, key industry players, and business dynamics.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Proven success in a consultative sales environment, with the ability to tailor complex solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Filipino.
