Your role and responsibilities

テクニカルサポートエンジニア:

l 問題判別と原因特定スキルを駆使しお客様にテクニカル• サポートを提供します。

l 他のサポート業務/組織と協力し技術および交渉スキルを活用し、問題の優先順位付けと解決に向けた診断を行います。

l 適宜、お客様またはIBMの担当者にアクション• プランを伝達します。

l テクニカル• サポートツール、手順、プロセスを新規作成または既存の改善を提案し実施します。

l チーム内の他者にトレーニングを提供し、指導することがあります。

l 部門の組織目標達成と高い顧客満足度に貢献します。

l 問題解決策を社内のナレッジベースに文書化します。

l テストコードのサンプルを作成し、顧客に提供します。

l 要件の優先順位を日々管理します。

あなたの責任

問題判別/原因究明のスキルを用いて、お客様にテクニカル• サポートを提供します。

必要に応じて、お客様またはIBMの担当者にアクションプランを伝達します。

問題解決を主導する立場でお客様と密に連携し、リモートのトラブルシューティングとガイダンスを提供することで、製品を用いた実装中の問題解決を支援し、迅速に処理します。

診断情報を確認し、問題の原因を特定します(トレースの解釈を含む)。

顧客満足に貢献するソフトスキルやテクニカルスキルを発揮し、確立されたガイドラインの範囲内でテクニカルサポートを提供します。

他のサポートチームやサービスユニットと連携し、技術力や交渉力を駆使して、お客様に喜んでいただけるようなシームレスな問題解決を提供します。

テクニカル• サポートツールおよびプロセスの新規導入や既存の改善を推奨し、実装します。

部門の組織目標達成と高い顧客満足度に貢献します。

該当する技術認定を維持することでサポートする製品に習熟していること実証します。

チーム内の他のメンバーにトレーニングと指導を行うことがあります。

• OS管理の基礎知識(Windows、Linux等)
