Your Role and Responsibilities

Sustainability Software Business Unit is currently seeking qualified applicants for the World-wide Sales Leader Role for our TRIRIGA Real-Estate Management / IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) solutions.

  • You will be responsible for owning the TRIRIGA sales success globally.
  • This role engages often with Product Management, Marketing, Partner Ecosystem and Sales Leadership to build and execute the TRIRIGA sales strategy.
  • To successfully accomplish this, you will be the subject matter expert in key deals as well as ensure we build the right plans to exceed our budget in the future.
  • You will, along with the geographic sales leaders, support opportunities throughout various stages of the sales cycle and assists sellers with progressing and closing opportunities.
  • Successful candidates should be known as the solution expert and should demonstrate understanding of market trends, competition, and relevant use cases.
  • You will work with IBM and our Ecosystem business partners.
  • As the world-wide sales leader, you will work with market leaders to roll out sales campaigns, refence case studies and define TRIRIGA priorities and strategies.
  • You will help new sellers build their TRIRIGA sales and technical skills.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong skills and a history of success in selling IWMS systems
  • Understanding of the facilities management market and challenges in managing large real estate and facilities management operations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in Sustainability and the implications of Sustainability on facilities management operations
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how to support and lead complex deals.
  • History of exceeding sales targets.
  • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Financial and Solution Selling Methodologies.
