Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

*Business-level Japanese (N1) is required for this position.

• Communication skills / ability to think logically / ability to coordinate internally and externally

Experience in any of the following is desirable:

• Sales experience, PM experience, consulting experience (preferably in outsourcing and other intangible services and IT solutions)

• Experience in BPO business as a consultant

• Experience in sales of BPO services, new business and new proposal experience (experience communicating and negotiating with CxO level)

• Experience in delivery at a business company

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience in business consulting (HR, accounting, SCM, CRM, etc.)

• Experience in BPO services or new business/service sales without BPO experience

• Experience in corporate sales (intangible services)

• Experience in sales and PM role with executive level clients.

• Presentation skills

• English language skills (reading and writing)
