BPO（ビジネス• プロセス• アウトソーシングサービス）のプロジェクトチームリーダーを募集します。
BPOとは、お客様の企業活動における業務プロセスの企画から実施までを一括して受託し、業務提供するものです。日本IBMおよびISOCでは、製造• メディア• 化学をはじめとしたさまざまな業界のお客様企業から経理財務、人事、購買など多様な分野での業務委託を受け、お客様へサービス提供しています。応募いただくBPOプロジェクトの業務領域は、リクルーターや面接員からご説明します。
BPOプロジェクト例：
経理財務（債務管理、債権管理、固定資産管理、決算、財務など
人事（給与• 賞与計算、勤怠管理、社会保険、通勤交通費計算、退職金計算、住民税、年末調整など）
購買（見積依頼、発注、発注管理、検収管理、請求関連処理対応など）
チームリーダーは自身も手順書に沿ったプロジェクト実務を担当することに加えて、担当チームのメンバーをまとめる役割を担います。（担当チームの業務品質• スケジュール• 課題• 手順書などの管理、改善案の提案と実施、メンバーの教育など）

Required education
None
Required technical and professional expertise
必要とされる職業上および技術的な専門知識
• チームリードもしくはマネジメント経験
• 担当するBPOプロジェクトに関連する業務の経験
• マイクロソフトOfficeスキル（Excel入力• 表計算、PowerPointを使用した資料作成、Word入力、Outlookメール作成など）
Preferred technical and professional experience
• 5年以上のプロジェクト関連実務のご経験
• 各プロジェクトで使用する業務システムの利用経験
