Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Process Documentation: Create detailed process flow diagrams and documentation to capture current and proposed processes.
- Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between the current state and desired future state of business processes.
- Solution Design: Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements and optimizations.
- Testing: Assist in the testing of process changes to ensure they meet requirements and deliver expected benefits.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen interest in business process improvement and optimization.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Basic knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD).
- Experience with process mapping and modeling tools.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
