Monitorar todos os canais front-end e digitais diariamente para garantir o funcionamento adequado.

Revisar e validar estratégias que permitam migrar contatos dos canais BackOffice para Front Office, se necessário.

Certificar de que o FCR esteja sendo atendido nos canais frontais.

Experiencia em Call Center / BPO / Canais Digitais (CHAT, Oficinas Virtuais, Redes Sociais, Whastsapp).

Manejo de ferramentas office excel, word, powerpoint.
Habilidade em comunicaçãi verbal e escrita.

Capacidade de realizar multitarefas, priorizar e gerenciar o tempo de forma eficaz.
