Knowledge of process improvement tools and best practice

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Required technical and professional expertise

Preferred Requirements: Familiarity with banking or financial processes. Experience in customer service or similar roles. Work Environment: Ability to work in an office or hybrid setting, as needed. Flexible to support extended hours during peak times

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: No prior experience required, but experience in administrative or banking roles is a plus. Skills: Basic computer knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Office, email). Attention to detail and organization. Good communication skills and teamwork. Willingness to learn and adapt.
