AR Analyst with Dutch

Introduction

As AR Analyst you will be a part of Benelux OTC collection team with direct contact to client's stakeholder and customers.

Your role and responsibilities

• Collaboration with cross- functional teams
• Performing daily task with focus on quality and key metrics such as: collection, dispute management, deduction management,
• Reporting and process documentation
• Analyzing and coordinating of AR queries in SAP

Required education

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• excellent knowledge of Dutch in speaking and writing is a must
• communication skills, frequent calls with the Client and end customer
• good English knowledge in speaking and writing
• ability to work in team environment with focus on Agile and multicultural environment
• OTC process experience is crucial
• Excel knowledge of basic functions and formulas is a must
• SAP experience will be an advantage
