Your Role and Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Handle the Production support activities (L1 / L2) to help and unblock the users in their BAU activities with our solutions and provide initial technical analysis for L3 work if required
- Be one of the interface between the delivery team and the end users, understanding their challenges and providing precise feedback to the Product team
- Handle BAU activities, including identifying and resolving bug fixes, configuration management and maintenance
- Run and coordinate releases of software deployments

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 1 year of experience as an Appway developer in the banking industry, or as a developer working with similar technologies such as Appian, Flowable, or IBM BPM.
- Good Knowledge on Client Lifecycle Management processes (KYC, Due Diligence, Document Management) in the banking industry
- Strong software development background Experience of working in corporate and/or capital markets technology environment in high pressure/tight delivery timeframe environments
- Good knowledge of Web API Integration (REST and SOAP)
- Experience working with Windows Environments.
- Mandatory banking experience
- Fluent in English and Frenchis a must (written & spoken)
- Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in Continuous Integration environment (deployment pipeline, automated test etc.)
- Development experience in Java and Oracle SQL
- Experience with Appway 11 or more recent version is preferred
