Your Role and Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Handle the Production support activities (L1 / L2) to help and unblock the users in their BAU activities with our solutions and provide initial technical analysis for L3 work if required
- Be one of the interface between the delivery team and the end users, understanding their challenges and providing precise feedback to the Product team
- Handle BAU activities, including identifying and resolving bug fixes, configuration management and maintenance
- Run and coordinate releases of software deployments

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Appway Experience (>3yrs) and minimum 3yrs in Banking Domain as Developer or Support officer
- Good knowledge of WebAPI integration (RESP and SOAP)
- Experience with Appway 11 or more recent version
- Knowledge with Atlassian tools (jira, confluence)
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Frenchis a must (written & spoken)
- Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
