Your Key Responsibilities:
• Product Ownership and Growth:
Own multiple product areas or a standalone product, contributing to the strategy, steering growth and continuous improvement while embodying expertise in your product space.
• Agile Team Facilitation:
Foster an Agile team environment, maximizing productivity throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Innovative Development:
Drive innovative development with a roadmap centered on maximizing customer outcomes and minimizing technical debt.
• Strategic Leadership:
Lead your product's strategy by aligning multiple stakeholders, delivering valuable outcomes, and realizing the intended impact. Display thought leadership within and outside of IBM at various events. Effectively communicate the strategy/vision/roadmap for the owned product.

• Strategic Partnerships:
Establish strategic partnerships to amplify the value and reach of your product. Expand functionality and attract an adjacent customer base to drive continued success of both Customers and Partners.
• Cross-organization Alliances:
Collaborate and support other Functions in the organization, for an accelerated business growth and product market success
• Managing or mentoring junior members of PM team:
Foster culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in the team. Use your experience to help more junior team members elevate their product management expertise and apply best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Passion and Curiosity for Innovation:
Exhibit deep passion and curiosity, driven by a desire to create innovative solutions. Your decisions are informed by data-driven insights that fuel your commitment to transformative solutions.
• Financial Acumen for Commercial Success:
Showcase strong financial acumen, with an ability to develop a compelling product business case. Drive commercial success through a profound understanding of impacts to P&L and SaaS metrics such as LTV, CAC, and NRR.
• End-to-End Product Development Expertise:
Leverage your experience and deep technical expertise (ideally Computer Science background) in driving product ownership and growth across the full product development lifecycle. Provide demonstrable examples of successful product discovery and launch.
• Stakeholder Management:
Prove your ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple stakeholder relationships. Rely on influence rather than authority to establish a shared product vision.
• Industry affinity and/or experience:
Be able to leverage past product management experience in large enterprises in some of these areas: Strategic Portfolio Management, Enterprise Agile Development Practices, Developer Productivity and Project Costing.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Product Analytics and Funnel Metrics Mastery:
Showcase experience in defining leading success indicators and supporting metrics, to track product performance. Share a proven record of generating growth through analytics.
• Applying AI to solve business challenges:
Demonstrate experience or knowledge on how to leverage AI technologies to deliver customer and business value.
• Drive success in a multicultural environment
Bring forth prior experience working and thriving in a multinational, multicultural environment.
