経営者層の顧客にアプローチし、会計に関する知識のみならず経営者層が抱える課題に沿ってIT投資の可視化、効率化をお手伝いする現代に必要なスキルが詰まったポジションです。
Your role and responsibilities
担当テリトリーのアカウントベースに対するインバウンド、アウトバウンドのアプローチから新規営業機会の創出
* 見込み顧客のニーズを特定し、適切なソリューションを提案することで関心のあるリードとして選定し営業アポイントへ繋げる
* 必要に応じて営業プレゼンテーションを実施
* SFDCを使用して、新規営業機会創出とその管理活動（コール内容、見込み客のパイプライン、アカウントノートなど）をフォローする
* 製品の技術的側面を素早く習得し、価値提案を効果的に伝え、見込み顧客からのオブジェクションハンドリングや競合他社に関する質問、その他のよくある質問に回答する
* Apptioのソリューションが解決できるビジネス上の問題を理解し、ソリューションを最適化して顧客ビジネス課題の解決に関わるインサイトを提供する
* フィールドマーケティングおよびフィールドセールスと協力し、チームセールスの生産性を最適化すること

エンタープライズソフトウェアレベルの案件において、パイプラインの創出を推進し、営業目標の達成実績があること。
* 広範囲にわたるコールドコールやEメールキャンペーンを実施し、顧客組織を把握する能力があること。
* 企業ITの経営陣にアプローチするための創造的な戦術があること。
* コミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力に優れ、チームプレーヤーであること。
* データ分析および営業ツールの使用に優れた能力があること。
* 優れた組織力、分析力、問題解決能力があること。
* ダイナミックで積極的なスタートアップ環境において、自主的かつ積極的に業務を遂行する能力。
Preferred technical and professional experience
* SaaS販売または電話による見込み顧客開拓の経験が2～5年以上あることが望ましい。
* 最近のIT業界および/または法人営業の経験があることが望ましい。
* エンタープライズ営業でキャリアアップする機会を得るために、意欲的に働ける人材を求めています。
