Enterprise向けソフトウェアの運用において、クライアントへのアドバイザーとしての経験を積んでいただきます。起業家精神を持って自走でき、ペースの速い環境で働くための情熱とエネルギーを持っている必要があります。戦略やロードマップのプレゼンテーションをエグゼクティブ向けに行うことができる経験値や自信が必要です。また、顧客の複数の層に「信頼できるアドバイザー」としての地位を確立し維持するために、ソリューションに直接取り組む技術的能力も求められます。 最終的には、顧客が購入したTBMアプリケーションの使用と導入を促進し、その価値を発揮できるよう支援することが求められます。
Your role and responsibilities
【業務内容】
• 以下のようなApptio製品に関する完全な理解を深める：
• デプロイメントとメンテナンスのベストプラクティス
• バリュープロポジションとセールスメッセージ
• Out of the Boxレポート
• プロフェッショナルサービスチームと連携し、すべてのお客様がオンボーディングプロセスを完了できるようにする。
• Apptio製品の社会への認知を拡大するために、各顧客と導入/ロールアウト計画を作成する。
• 部門を越えてお客様のニーズを支援する
• 技術的な知識とオペレーショナル• エクセレンスを効果的に伝え、ベストプラクティスについてお客様を教育し、健全なプラットフォームを維持できるようにします。
• Apptioプラットフォームのメンテナンスに必要な活動を理解し、お客様を教育する。

• お客様が自信を持ってApptioを組織全体に導入できるようにする。
• 新しい機能（プラットフォームとアプリケーション）について、お客様を教育する。
• アクティブなチケットを監視し、必要に応じてサポートチームと連携してタイムリーな解決を図り、必要に応じてエスカレーションを行う。
• お客様が製品を運用面でサポートできることを確認し、Apptio内での顧客体験を進化させるために利用指標を見直すことができるようにする。
• あらゆる機会でApptio Communityを活用するようお客様に促す。
• Apptioの営業チームと効果的にコミュニケーションをとり、協力してお客様の成果を向上させる。
• 会社が定めたツールを使って、適切な指標を更新する。
Required education
None
Required technical and professional expertise
• 学士号取得者または同等の経験があること
• 2年以上、ポートフォリオ内の複数のクライアントを管理する顧客とのリレーションシップの役割を担っていること望まれる条件
• CSMの経験がある方
• 技術的な製品を学ぶ意欲があること
• SaaS企業での業務経験をお持ちの方
• エネルギッシュで、チームワークを大切にする方
• IT業界や金融に関する知識をお持ちの方
• Technology Business Management （TBM）やITファイナンス領域における経験
