主に大手企業の新規クライアント様に対して、弊社 SaaS ソリューションの実装を行っていただくビジネスおよびテクノロジーコンサルティング経験をお持ちの方を募集しております。当ポジションは、クライアントのニーズにダイレクトに貢献することができます。クライアントや Apptio 営業チームと密接に連携し、サービスをご利用いただくうえでのベストプラクティスを理解していただき、業務や運用の観点からクライアントにとって最もベストな導入について議論し、環境を構築します。また、稼働後はクライアント自身で運用できるようにご支援することも当ポジションの職務です。立ち上げ期のスピード感ある環境です。メンバーも Professional でフラットなカルチャーですので、皆様からのご応募をお待ちしております。
Your role and responsibilities
【業務内容】
• クライアントから機能要件とビジネス要件を収集し、機能的なソリューションデザインに変換し、クライアントニーズを満たし、最大の価値を提供する 。
• お客様の問題をタイムリーに解決するために、クライアントや同僚、社内の他部門と協力し円滑なコミュニケーションをとる 。
• Apptio のダッシュボード、レポート、データモデルを設定、テスト、文書化し、機能設計と仕様に適合させる 。
• クライアントの継続的な成功のために情熱を持ち、困難な状況でも課題解決のための提案や行動を行う。
• 学習意欲を高く持ち、自ら積極的に知識習得を行う。
• 積極的にナレッジやアイデアの共有を行う。

• 製品管理部門やグローバルの開発部門と協力し、クライアントからのフィードバックやソリューションを Apptio 製品群の将来のリリースに反映させる。
• コンテンツ管理部門と連携し、ベストプラクティスのプロセスや製品提供のテンプレートに事例を反映させる。
