Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, with expertise in Microsoft technologies and a commitment to delivering high-quality, custom information systems.
Responsibilities:
-Requirement Translation and Design: Translate complex IT requirements into detailed functional and technical designs, using tools such as UML diagrams and flowcharts.
-Development and Assembly: Utilize the latest Microsoft .NET Framework and programming languages (C#, VB.NET) to develop, assemble, and integrate components, following established development processes and methodologies.
-Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality software components.
-Continuous Development and Deployment: Familiar with Continuous Development and Deployment (CD/CD) frameworks, and proficient in using Microsoft DevOps tools to streamline the development process and ensure timely delivery.
-Agile Delivery: Embrace Agile delivery methodologies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value iteratively and incrementally.
-Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of software solutions.
-Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest Microsoft technologies, development practices, and industry trends to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team's growth.

Required technical and professional expertise
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in software development.
-Proficiency in developing applications using the latest Microsoft .NET Framework and related programming languages (C#, VB.NET).
-Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies and experience implementing them in software development projects.
-Familiar with using Microsoft DevOps tools for continuous development, integration, and deployment.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Eye for detail to ensure high-quality software components and documentation.
Preferred technical and professional experience
-Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Experience with other programming languages and technologies, such as JavaScript, SQL, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
-Familiarity with software architecture principles and patterns, such as microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
-Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing secure coding principles.
-Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
-Familiarity with DevOps culture, principles, and practices, such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and experience in automating infrastructure and configuration management.
-Holding relevant industry certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, or equivalent, can be a plus.
