Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate Developer at IBM, you'll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. In your role, you will be responsible for:
Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined.
  • Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experienced in developing restful APIs using Node JS for cloud applications
  • Hands on experience in working with Amazon Web Services like AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Amazon Dynamo Db, Cloud 9, Amazon s3, SQS, AWS Identity and access management, AWS CloudWatch, AWS code commit and pipeline
  • Skilled in AWS CDK (Writing infrastructure as code), orchestrating CI/CD pipelines
  • Practical knowledge in serverless approaches using AWS Lambda
  • Experienced with relational and NoSQL databases (Dynamo DB)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Designing, developing, and supporting application solutions (assisting in production issue resolution)
  • Participation in decisions regarding the integration of software packages and programs
  • He/she will share ideas, issues, risks and concerns with the development team and escalate to the DevOps Manager as required
