Your role and responsibilities
- Technical and Architectural Excellence:
- Develop a deep understanding of existing IT infrastructure of the client and identifying improvements based on both existing and emerging technologies that IBM has to offer as part of proposed solutions
- Design innovative technical solutions using the application productivity levers to optimize workflows and ensure the technical design aligns with client requirements.
- Focus on scalability, reliability, and security, managing risks to meet organizational standards and future needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
- Engage with stakeholders, including executives and SMEs, to update them on IT development processes, costs, and industry standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IBM Consulting, Technology and Ecosystem Partners) to drive efficiency while building a structured and efficient IT system, to and ensure everyone is aligned towards Client goals.
- Communicate effectively to define scope, key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements and risks.
- Operational Efficiency and Continuous Improvement:
- Streamline business processes through innovative IT solutions to meet short- and long-term business goals.
- Provide comprehensive IT documentation and post-implementation support, including software maintenance and upgrades for in-scope solutions.
- Identify improvement areas and propose IT solutions to address company business/technical challenges, ensuring on time delivery, within costed budget, and meet highest quality.
