Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include custom application development and bug fixes related to improving the reliability and scalability of Servicenow Platform and ITOM application.
This includes implementing support for multiple databases, adding support for NoSQL as an alternative document store integrated into the platform, instrumentation of the ServiceNow platform to provide new insight into performance problems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and various third-party systems, ensuring the seamless flow of data and processes. Develop and implement integration solutions that connect ServiceNow with other systems, applications, and data sources. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration solutions, including design specifications and configuration settings.
experience in ServiceNow System administration, ITSM, CMDB, Self Service Portal, Service Catalog development
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Must have handled Platform Upgrade
- Ability to support 24*7 support model
- Good Communication and Analytical skills

ServiceNow Certified ITSM Implementation Specialist
- Scripting experience
- Experience in building the integrations with other applications and tools using API/Integration Hub/ FTP etc,
