Your role and responsibilities
As a senior SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Technical Analysis and Feasibility Evaluation: Demonstrate strong analytical skills to troubleshoot ABAP dumps, assess the technical viability of requirements, and independently identify appropriate SAP artifacts during the development phase.
- Design and Guidance: Lead design discussions with clients and functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned tasks, guiding other team members as necessary.
- Development Expertise: Proficiently utilize ABAP editor on Eclipse (ADT) for creation and modification of CDS views, develop Adobe Forms from scratch, and demonstrate a clear understanding of OO ABAP concepts including Public/Protected/Private methods, attributes, class instantiation, and the use of interfaces and singleton classes.
- Quality Assurance: Leverage SAP code-quality tools such as SLIN, Code-Inspector, and ATC to ensure error-free deliverables. Understand BADI, Enhancement Spot, proxy interfaces, and RAP objects.
- Code and Documentation Review: Conduct thorough code and documentation reviews to maintain high standards of quality across projects.
- Adaptability: Prove ability to quickly learn and apply new skills, such as SAP TM and SAP EWM, as required.
- Client Engagement: Possess excellent professional and interpersonal skills, with a history of successful client-facing engagements, particularly in finance and SCM processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
- Travel: Some travel within CEE countries and potentially to key locations in EU may be required for workshops, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-lives.

- Demonstrated history in end-to-end implementation programs
- Experience in template rollout and fit-to-standard workshops
- Exceptional client-facing skills with the capability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Robust consulting skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with development teams to design and test integrations with external applications
- Extensive experience in management accounting processes
