Your role and responsibilities
Estamos buscando um(a) profissional sênior para atuar na liderança de um time de Assistentes de RH. O (a) candidato (a) ideal deverá ter experiência em gestão de pessoas, conhecimento em RH e habilidades de liderança.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de RH alinhadas com os objetivos de negócios da empresa e cliente;
Gerenciar e supervisionar a equipe de RH, proporcionando orientação, treinamento e apoio;
Ser responsável pela gestão de processos de RH;
Colaborar com a liderança da empresa para desenvolver e implementar políticas e procedimentos de RH;
Medir e relatar o desempenho da área, utilizando métricas e indicadores chave de desempenho (KPIs/SLAs).

Required technical and professional expertise
- Formação em Administração de Empresas, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas.
- Conhecimento das leis e regulamentos trabalhistas brasileiros.
- Habilidades de liderança e gestão de equipes.
- Habilidades de comunicação e interação social.
- Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e gerenciar vários processos simultaneamente.
