Your role and responsibilities
Gestionar y cerrar las reclamaciones interpuestas al cliente.
Actualizar la cartera asignada de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos. Identificar eficiencias en los procesos desarrollados que minimicen tiempos de gestión y errores de calidad.

- Lunes a sábado (46 horas a la semana y a partir de julio, 44 horas)
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en días festivos. *Pago de horas extras adicionales.
