Introduction

Gestor Documental con experiencia en áreas administrativas, mínimo un año, preferentemente en áreas de compras, para garantizar una correcta organización, seguimiento y control de documentos relacionados con la operación del área al igual que, el contacto continuo con registro de proveedores y atención de buzones (soporte). Con un nivel avanzado de portugués (80% o más.) para gestionar documentación y comunicación en este idioma.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Acompañamiento y Registro de proveedores.
  • Atención a los diferentes buzos.
  • Atender a los proveedores y unidades de negocios
  • Cumplimiento de cronogramas y actividades
  • Seguimiento y control de las actividades a cargo
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y externas.
  • Trabajar con enfoque de cierre diario, con precisión y calidad
  • Cumplir con los controles y check list propios del proceso
  • Dar prioridad a las solicitudes del cliente,
  • Responder en forma y tiempo las solicitudes
  • Contribuir al cumplimiento del equipo de los acuerdos de niveles de servicio
  • Participar activamente en los proyectos y mejora continua
  • Atención y respuesta de buzones de las solicitudes del negocio.
  • Autonomía en el cumplimiento de cargas y gestión del trabajo
  • Alto compromiso con el cliente y con el equipo

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 1-3 años en áreas administrativas, preferiblemente en compras o gestión documental. (contratos, pedidos, polizas... gestion de prveedores)
  • Idiomas: Nivel avanzado de portugués (mínimo 80%) y español.
  • Formación: Técnico o profesional en Administración o áreas afines.
  • Competencias técnicas:
    • Manejo de sistemas de gestión documental (SAP, Ariba..).
    • Habilidades para trabajar con Excel, bases de datos y herramientas de digitalización.
  • Habilidades blandas: Organización, atención al detalle, capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y comunicación efectiva.
Se debe evaluar:
  1. Conocimientos técnicos: Experiencia con sistemas de gestión documental o ERP (SAP, Ariba, etc.).
  2. Idiomas: Dominio del portugués (80%+) y español, tanto escrito como hablado.
  3. Experiencia: Experiencia previa en áreas administrativas, compras o gestión documental.
  4. Soft skills: Atención al detalle, capacidad organizativa, y habilidades de comunicación.
