Atender consultas de clientes internos y externos sobre el estado de sus operaciones.

Resolver incidencias operativas relacionadas con la formalización y desembolso de créditos.

Asegurar que todas las operaciones cumplan con las regulaciones de la Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) y las políticas internas del banco.

Required education

Technical Diploma

Required technical and professional expertise

Educación: Técnico o profesional en Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad o carrera afín.

Experiencia:Idealmente 1 año en funciones operativas.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

Procesos operativos (Finanacial services seria Ideal).

Manejo de sistemas y herramientas digitales.

Habilidades:

Atención al detalle y capacidad organizativa.

Trabajo en equipo y colaboración.

Habilidad para manejar grandes volúmenes de información con precisión.

Capacidad de adaptación en entornos dinámicos.
