Your Role and Responsibilities

As Adobe Campaign Technologist, you will be an Adobe Journey Optimizer developer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions to support seamless integration, data management, and campaign execution across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver scalable, repeatable, and resilient software solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel contact strategies across customer segments.
  • Develop design elements for multiple channel segments and touchpoints.
  • Identify and mitigate the potential design risks of architecture recommendations.
  • Build smart prototypes of your ideas.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate Adobe Campaign with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.
  • Utilize campaign management, marketing automation, and journey orchestration features to optimize customer journeys and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the campaign execution team to document timelines for campaign execution and measurement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in campaign management, marketing automation, and customer engagement platforms.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in web and/or software development.
  • 2+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform and at least 6 months of experience developing marketing solutions with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Strong Java programming skills and in-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure cloud providers.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience with REST, JSON, and/or Springboot.
  • Strong understanding of marketing management, campaign management, loyalty programs, and journey orchestration principles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Adobe Campaign certification and experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of Kafka, NoSQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, etc.
