Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advanced management and troubleshooting of Active Directory infrastructure, including complex domain configurations, security policies, replication management, disaster recovery planning, compliance oversight, and often acting as a subject matter expert for critical issues, requiring a deep understanding of Active Directory functionalities and best practices. You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centers on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.

Responsibilities:

As an Active Directory Admin, you will be placed at customer location. You will serve complex Active Directory forests, domain and Organizational Units.

You'll collaborate with client internal stakeholders and partners to understand the business problem and requirements, constraints of the system and concerns of the various

Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Qualification: Graduation/Engineering in Computer or Electronics
  • Total 7-8 years of experience with at least 6+ years of hands-on experience in AD domain.
  • Minimum Exp: 5+ years of hands-on experience in storage administration.
  • Experience in managing the multi domain forest AD environment. Handling BAU Activities.
  • Experience with Group policy creation, troubleshooting and management
  • Provide problem solving leadership based on experience with the technology
  • Expertise in analyzing critical production service environments.
  • Experience with Windows systems installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2022.
  • Strong understanding of installing configuring, troubleshoot Microsoft Windows OS technology.
  • Hands - on experience in AD Forest with multi - child domains architecture.
  • Domain trusts, Site and Subnet Management, AD DC Promotion and demotion, AD Replication, DNS and DHCP Management , Site and Subnet Management, Domain trust, Sites and Subnets.
  • AD Federation Service, ADCS Service and Gateway Servers.
  • Azure AD Connect and MDM Intune.
  • Group Policy and Organizational Units .
  • Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations.
  • Interforest and Intraforest AD object migration
  • Experience with Group policy creation, troubleshooting and management.
  • Assist in management and supporting.
    • Internal and external AD servers.
    • Internal and external DNS servers.
    • Managing Enterprise Certificate Management Solution.
    • Experience with Microsoft PKI/ ADCS.
    • Understanding and conceptual knowledge of PKI.
    • Microsoft Patch & Service Pack Deployment thru WSUS.
    • Candidate should be able to create automation using PowerShell.
    • Experience on monitoring and replication of Active directory Schema between Primary & DR site.
    • Should have knowledge in resolving alerts indicating the following services are not running FRS, Net Logon, KDC, W32Time, ISMSERV.
    • Experience in Maintaining & Monitoring FSMO roles .
    • Create/Delete/Edit GP . Add/Remove AD objects .
    • Managing Access Rights . Access SPOC for all IT related issues including Business Applications, Network Applications, Desktop and Mobile Applications
    • Applying OS Patches and Updates .
    • Logging case with Vendor & Coordination .
    • Incident, Service Request, Change Request , Problem Management

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Proven experience as an Active Directory .
  • Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
  • Understanding of strategic IT solutions
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL etc)
  • Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
