As the ABM Marketing Specialist supporting the Global ABM Managers, you can be a pivotal part of an account focused, cross functional team supporting our most important accounts. Your role and responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • 70% | Support Global ABM Managers on executing account program specific tactics
  • 30% | ABM Reporting, asset management and ad/copy updates

General Support tasks

• Work with Global ABM Managers to bring multi-channel account programs to life, including creating content on landing pages, overlays and digital sales rooms, updating messaging, and adding & circulating new whitepapers/blogs/etc, on-demand webinars and upcoming events relevant to account focus

• Work with ABM Manager to refresh digital ad creative and launch requests (general refresh and support of event announcements and custom initiatives)

• Coordinate kick-off and regular account update calls

• Provide ongoing ABM program reporting and project management - including updating ABM account tracker in Monday.com, creating SFDC reports, keeping program plans up to date

Research & Insights

• Work with other internal teams to create account performance reports for the Global ABM Managers

• Be familiar with data sources - Demandbase, Salesforce, Tableau, TrustRadius, LinkedIn, Google and other sources (experience desired but not necessary)

High School Diploma/GED

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Bachelor's Degree with marketing or business focus preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year's ABM experience in a B2B environment, Technology Software Industry
  • Knowledge of ABM systems ideally Demandbase
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce.com and Monday
  • Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, direct, proactive communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Flexibility to cover America timezone when needed
