Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $200,000 to $215,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do: 

Huntress is adding a Senior Director of Brand and Content to lead a fun, creative team where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the Huntress brand. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of brand content across the US, EMEA, and APAC, driving key brand metrics and quality customer experiences. You’ll guide a team of brand leaders in social, content strategy and copywriting while owning the responsibility of all brand content, ensuring consistency in brand voice across our organization. 

You’ll also partner with other teams and stakeholders to craft compelling brand stories that span a range of cybersecurity topics and perspectives. Finally, you’ll drive and improve consumer connectivity and brand relevancy by connecting our stories.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and elevate Huntress’ brand, personality, and mission, ensuring consistency and connection to our target audiences
  • Champion brand thinking across campaigns, concepts, and the organization; ensure everything we do is authentic and represents the best interests of the communities we serve
  • Own top-of-funnel content and storytelling throughout the organization
  • Lead our social media, content strategy, copywriting, and brand content teams, guiding them in career development and helping them work toward career goals, all while crafting a collaborative and learning environment
  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials and touchpoints are consistent with Huntress’ brand messaging
  • Lead the charge on brand campaign planning in collaboration with demand generation
  • Monitor competitive strategies and identify untapped “white space” opportunities where our brand can lead and innovate
  • Establish a system for measuring brand health and lead deep dives that help shape the future of our brand strategy
  • Collaborate closely with both local and international teams to ensure global alignment with our brand strategy while adapting to local market needs
  • Be a force of brand alignment across the company, partnering with teams to ensure our brand vision is clear and universally embraced
  • Align with Analytics to set both quarterly and campaign-level KPIs, laddering back to annual key priorities
  • Optimize existing processes to improve alignment, communication, and our speed-to-market

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 10+ years of brand media experience, preferably at a global organization
  • Passionate brand advocate with expertise in B2B marketing, brand management, and go-to-market strategies
  • Team player who knows when to take charge and when to mentor, thriving both as a leader and a collaborator
  • Ability to turn insights into action—leveraging audience data and industry knowledge to craft powerful campaigns backed by measurable results
  • Results-driven, resourceful, and always thinking of creative ways to extend a brand's reach and relevance
  • Dynamic communicator who can confidently engage with senior leaders and rally teams behind your vision
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects of varying scope while delivering quality results every time
  • Crafts a culture of innovation and change that fuels rapid business growth
  • Strong leadership presence. Outstanding communication skills that complement a remote working environment
