Plan Build Representative 2
- Conducts daily review of claim pending reports to correct Computer Science Cooperation/CarePlus Health Plans' Internal (CSC) provider loads
- Reviews new and existing provider information submitted from Network Teams to update the CSC platform with provider demographic and financial information to ensure network adequacy and financial accuracy
- Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to ensure provider information is accurate and
- Daily review of claim pending reports to correct Computer Science Cooperation/CarePlus Health Plans' Internal (CSC) system issues for benefit and provider loads
- Analyzes and maintains required changes for existing health plans driven by market product design, legislative and regulatory needs
- Working of error reports to ensure provider data integrity
- Determines required system changes to support new products, services, or efficiencies through design, test, and implementation stages

Required Qualifications
- Live in Florida or Georgia
- 1 or more years of experience working in a healthcare setting
- 1 or more years of Claims, Provider relations and/or Provider Services experience
- Working knowledge of Medicare standards and regulations
- Expert level data entry skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Access
- Experience with CarePlus CSC Platform
- Experience reading provider contracts

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM EST, hours subject to change based on business needs

Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
Work at Home Guidance
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
- Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
- Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$37,200 - $51,200 per year
