In 2024, our users sent billions of dollars of bills to their customers, and we have already collected over a billion dollars of payments on their behalf. With our recent acquisition of Cacheflow , we are expanding into offering more advanced quoting, billing, and CPQ software.
Every month, more businesses are consolidating their tech stack onto HubSpot, and they expect HubSpot to offer them the quoting, billing, and payment capabilities they need to streamline their revenue operating system.

As we scale, it is critical for Commerce Hub's growth that we monetize effectively and build transparent, helpful buying experiences for our customers and prospects.
As a Senior Product Manager in Commerce Growth, you will build experiences that guide potential Commerce Hub users to understand which products they need and make it easy for them to evaluate and make purchases. Buying experiences will include: booking time with Sales (product-led sales), signing up for HubSpot Payments (payments monetization), exploring via free trials, and even buying/upgrading in a self-service way.
Product Managers at HubSpot operate in embedded product models and succeed by collaborating with partners across Engineering, Design, Research, and Analytics to make the most impactful decisions to delight our users. In this role, you will work also closely with the Product Marketing team, Payments Operations team, and the Sales and Success teams.

What We're Looking For
- An experienced Growth product manager who is looking to shape vision for an early-stage team
- Fluency with Growth frameworks for product-led monetization in B2B SaaS products, with a particular focus on product-led sales
- Experience in the full cycle process of building and launching a software product and Growth experiments, inclusive of ideation, research, implementation, success tracking, and iteration
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design / User Experience, and integrating those partnerships into impactful product
- A strong point of view on the "right" way to execute product-led growth, especially in partnership with Sales/CS for rep-assisted buying
- A strong cross-team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Strategic thinking alongside curiosity. The ability to influence at all levels and functions
- A desire to personally drive results and success metrics / growth minded
- A desire to move quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment, a bias for action and running toward fires
- Owning the vision and roadmap for Commerce Hub's Monetization team, which guides a variety of different user segments across multiple buying journeys (e.g. payments monetization, rep-assisted sales, and self-service buying/upgrading)
- Partner with cross-functional teams including other Growth teams, product teams inside Commerce Hub, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and more.
- Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative customer data to develop world-class buying experiences that customers understand and trust
- Presenting findings and preparing strategy recommendations to executive stakeholders

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
