HubSpot is seeking a highly motivated and energetic French speaking individual looking to join a growing and fast-paced Quote to Cash Department. This is a great opportunity for a focused self-starter to join an excellent company and the future infrastructure for continued growth. This is a role focused on customer contracts, billing, and collections.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Resolve a variety of Contracts and Billing inquiries while providing world class customer service
- Review incoming quotes to ensure compliance with HubSpot legal and financial
requirements - Perform varying tasks and duties necessary to support our customers and help resolve customer payment issues including but not limited to: offering payment plans and delayed payments, working with Contract Management and Sales, and working directly with our AR Management team as customers move through their invoice lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Liaise with our internal systems team to resolve system discrepancies
- As needed, provide guidance on contract configurations, billing and collections matters to account managers, other operational staff, and customers.
- Work independently and with management to improve Quote to Cash processes and analyze the current state of business
- Provide detailed Billing explanations to customers and internal stakeholders alike. These could include solving complex billing issues by calculating and explaining numerical calculations.
- Perform reconciliations, correcting transactions
- Process key customer documents including tax exemptions, bankruptcy, and vendor forms
- Make customer satisfaction refund decisions, including owning the processing or credit card, ACH, and wire refunds.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a high volume collections, billing or accounts receivable environment
- Full professional proficiency in French and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong detail-oriented, analytical, problem-resolving, and organizational skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Must be resourceful and tenacious
