As Manager of Partner Acquisition and Growth aligned to the EMEA region, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a talented team of managers, partner acquisition specialists and partner development professionals across EMEA while instilling our culture's positive and unique values. The Partner Acquisition Specialist & Growth Partner Development team is focused on building and evolving the HubSpot Solutions Partner ecosystem.
In this role, you will focus on building out strategies and execution plays by leveraging key metrics and objectives and analyzing both past performance and leading indicators. You will work cross-functionally with sales, sales operations, customer success, as well as partner programs and operations. With your teams, you will identify and acquire ideal partner profile fit partners, onboard and activate new partners to scale with HubSpot and engage dormant and opportunistic partners at scale in order to drive incremental partner-sourced revenue across new business and the existing customer base and net partner-influenced revenue retention.

In your role as Principal Manager, Partner Acquisition & Growth EMEA you'll get to:
- Lead remarkable partner acquisition & development teams to achieve and exceed monthly partner acquisition, activation and quarterly MBO (management by objective) targets
- Directly manage and develop first-line Managers enabling them to effectively coach and grow Partner Acquisition Specialists and Partner Development Managers on their teams.
- Attract and develop top talent who bring a unique perspective to HubSpot, through best-in-class recruiting, onboarding, and training methodologies in tandem with our HubSpot recruitment, learning, and development team.
- Proactively collaborate with leaders across the EMEA organization to aid in the growth of the business and remove barriers.
- Refine and develop playbooks for driving partner acquisition, onboarding, innovation and growth within the ecosystem; act as EMEA or global DRI for related workstreams.
- Utilize your business acumen to support your team in securing partner commitment for demand generation, strong service quality, and other key HubSpot objectives
- Work closely and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, sales operations, customer success, and partner operations. Work cross-regionally (EMEA, Americas, JAPAC) to share and learn best practices.
- Leverage your leadership experience to create a high-performance culture where team members feel valued.
- Have led partner development or channel teams in a fast-paced SaaS or technology-based environment.
- Have a deep understanding of partner and channel programs
- Have experience with change management and helping teams work through complexity and ambiguity
- Have a proven minimum of 3 years experience leading, building and developing high performing teams
- Have experience creating an inclusive team environment that fosters trust and a sense of empowerment.
