As the Director for Sales Development Acceleration, you will be working closely with your fellow Sales Development leaders to help drive global process alignment and lead key transformation change. This leader will play a significant role in how we achieve our global pipeline and revenue contribution to sales. This role will help drive best-in-class prospecting processes, along with future-focused efforts to integrate automation and AI capabilities for scaling the business.
In This Role, You'll Get To:
- Lead the global deployment of the new Prospecting operating model (SEQ - Source, Engage and Qualify) for Global BDR function
- Align and deploy global BDR efficiency tools and process, including Autodialer, Ambition and future scaling AI pilots
- Execute Sales Assist vision to scale selling motion for small customers (1-10 EE), including expansion of US pilot globally.
- Work with the Sales Hub product team to drive future functionality to improve the overall outbound prospecting efforts.
- Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to define and deploy key automation and AI into our operational processes
- Evaluate key industry trends and make recommendations on the future vision for the Sales Development function, specifically as it relates to AI and the role of BDRs
We Are Looking For People Who Have:
- 5+ years of management experience, specifically leading Sales or Business Development organizations
- A strong track record of growth and overachieving targets in a high-velocity, high-growth business
- Proven experience creating operational structure and scale within sales/business development teams
- A passion to drive transformational change
- Strategic mindset to help develop cross-functional, global projects, programs and content
- The ability to motivate and align a team to a vision and manage effectively through change
- Outstanding stakeholder management, diplomacy and communication skills to operate in a matrix organization and facilitate cross-organizational alignment
- Extensive experience using Hubspot
