HubSpot is seeking a Program Manager to join our Culture Experience Team. We're looking for someone committed to supporting us in building, developing & retaining diverse teams, cultivating inclusion and belonging for employees globally, and helping our broader organization become meaningfully more diverse and inclusive. This role will report to our Team Lead of DI&B Culture Experience.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Work directly with our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Communities at HubSpot, their Leadership Councils, and Executive Sponsors to drive meaningful change toward reaching HubSpot's long term strategic DI&B goals around engagement and inclusion of under-represented groups.
- Enable and ensure great collaboration between ERGs across the company and amplify their effectiveness to lead to better outcomes.
- Set standards for collaboration and optimize information flows for the program (what is our goal, why is it important, and when, where, how we meet, communicate, and decide).
- Develop enablement materials for ERG Leaders and for those at HubSpot seeking to drive more scalable and community-driven programming as we grow.
- Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders, including the Internal Comms, Employer Branding, Facilities, Hybrid Workforce, People Operations, Social Impact, and Learning & Talent Development teams to develop and support inclusive programming that solves for the business and supports retention and advancement strategies that impact diverse groups.
- Manage and/or support our company-wide and global celebrations such as, but not limited to, Pride Month, Women's History Month, International Women's Day.
- Support includes planning, executing, and collecting feedback on all programming.
- Develop and execute communication plans and visual assets to promote Inclusion initiatives and engage employees at all levels.
- Establish metrics and measurement tools to track the effectiveness of ERG programming and initiatives.
- Take action on feedback to further evolve events and initiatives for our growing employee base.
- Lead and/or contribute to team-wide special projects focused on establishing an efficient Inclusion Team "back-of-the-house," which includes (but is not limited to) visual asset creation, resource playbooks, and Asana project management templates and frameworks.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices to drive continuous improvement of Inclusion programs and initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with external partners, including but not limited to diverse professional associations, student groups, program partners and speakers.
We are looking for people who have:
- Established acumen for community management and building, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and operational DI&B best practices with regards to building and scaling ERGs.
- A self starter mindset, who can manage through ambiguity, and is adaptable to frequently changing and ever evolving priorities.
- An action-oriented approach to designing and executing programs from start to finish to further enhance our remarkable employee experience, as well as progress towards strategic Inclusion goals.
- Proven performance in driving impact for systemically underrepresented communities.
- A growth mindset for learning and evolving ERG strategy and empowering others to do the same.
- Critical thinkers who seek to drive long-term, sustained impact for Inclusion at HubSpot.
- A data-driven spirit and eager for feedback when analyzing project performance, learnings, and evolving future programming.
- A consultative approach to influencing and guiding stakeholders along their Inclusion journey.
- Experience in executing both short-term and long-term projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and organization.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, and compelling storytelling abilities to drive communities of people to act and engage in inclusive programming at HubSpot and beyond.
- Global-first experience when rolling out initiatives across regions and cultures.

Cash compensation range: 72800-109200 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
