The Culture Coordinator will support our North America and LATAM teams, working in the Cambridge, MA office 2-3 days each week. In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day execution of hybrid events, communications, and celebratory moments with a sharp eye for detail. You'll design and deliver events that resonate with our audiences, ensuring they're unique, well-organized, and within budget. By understanding both employee needs and team priorities, you'll identify creative, inclusive opportunities that bring our culture to life.

The Culture Coordinator is Responsible For:
- Program and Event Planning: Plan, execute, and support a variety of employee-focused events and initiatives globally, including social gatherings, connection opportunities, wellbeing classes, growth initiatives, and virtual experiences. This includes supporting the Culture Specialist with in-person events in Cambridge, San Francisco, and Toronto.
- Vendor and Budget Management: Manage relationships with external vendors for event support, including team-building activities, event materials, and other event services. Own all logistics, vendor relationships, payments, expense tracking, invoice submissions, and budget documents for the Culture Experience Team.
- Content Creation and Communications: Produce content and communications for event marketing materials and internal promotions, including graphics in Canva. Maintain an accurate, on-brand team intranet presence by regularly updating it with Culture Experience events and initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Maintain and optimize the team's operational processes including event trackers, run-of-show documents, vendor lists, and program metrics. Support a range of culture-related requests, such as coordinating recognition programs, designing morale-boosting initiatives, and piloting new employee engagement strategies.
- Employee Engagement and Innovation: Brainstorm new ideas to engage employees and drive participation in events and initiatives. This includes exploring creative solutions, gathering employee feedback, and implementing improvements based on feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a variety of internal teams including Learning & Talent Development, Employee Resource Groups, Internal Communications, Social Impact, and Facilities to ensure smooth, inclusive, and impactful events.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a professional environment
- Experience with large-scale program management - both virtually and in-person
- Experience managing 3rd party vendors, contracts, and vendor payments
- BA/BS required
- Experience in an employee-centric, customer-obsessed, or hospitality-focused role with a passion for creating exceptional experiences that drive engagement and connection.
- A proven track record in planning and executing both small and large-scale programs and events, including virtual and in-person formats, with a strong ability to manage logistics and deliver results.
- Exceptional communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication, along with impressive presentation and storytelling abilities to engage a wide range of audiences.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Asana, Canva, and Google Workspace, with a genuine interest in exploring new tech and tools to continuously improve team efficiency and event execution.
- Unparalleled attention to detail-ensuring that every event, program, and experience is seamless and runs according to plan, even when faced with competing priorities.

Cash compensation range: 50400-75600 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
