Process Integration Engineer

Malibu, CA

Essential Duties:
We are seeking a senior process integration engineer to support device fabrication and semiconductor process development. The candidate should have experience in semiconductor process development, wafer fabrication, materials characterization, and data analysis. The role requires in depth understanding of at least one semiconductor process module (PHOTO, DRY ETCH, WET ETCH, METROLOGY, THIN FILM, CVD, CMP, TEST, and PACKAGING). The individual will work with other engineers in integration, production, and process modules to plan and execute design of experiment (DOE), support device failures analysis, implement process improvement plans, setup process flows and experiments in manufacturing execution system (MES), and report findings to department and program staff. The role requires attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communications.

Required Skills:
Cleanroom fabrication experience
Semiconductor process development
Expertise with Statistical Process Contol (SPC)
Data analysis and DOE using JMP or similar software
Semiconductor device physics

Required Education:
B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a STEM related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer processing.
Advanced degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Must be willing to work in a cleanroom (up to 30%)

Special Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship
Must have or be willing to apply for a security clearance

Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $132,765 - $165,983 + bonus + benefits.
