The Strategy Manager will play a key role in defining the long-term strategy of H&R Block. As a member of the Strategy and Operations team, you will work with the Senior Leadership Team, business, and functional leaders to uncover new growth opportunities and execute strategic initiatives. You will lead critical analyses, develop data-driven recommendations, and prepare for Executive and Board of Director meetings. This candidate would ideally have experience working in management consulting or corporate strategy at a technology company.

Responsibilities
- Identify new strategic and product opportunities for H&R Block
- Frame complex problems into digestible components, conduct research and analysis, and synthesize learnings into strategic recommendations in a clear and concise manner
- Work with product and functional teams to develop business cases, define roadmaps, and execute on strategic projects
- Prepare and present recommendations to executives to achieve alignment and buy-in
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver on project deliverables
- In partnership with finance and the data science teams, quickly and efficiently run regular and ad-hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making
- Build deep relationships across the organization and understand problems from diverse perspectives
- Provide thought leadership to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
