About the Role:
In this role, you'll provide project coordination support for Vertical Construction team members and office support in our Summerlin master-planned community. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, where they'll balance multiple priorities and respond to internal and external customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your project coordination skills to support a dynamic team in a fast-growing market, supporting the biggest name in master-planned community development.
What You Will Do :
- Assist in maintaining, tracking, and coordinating project progress, cost, and changes.
- Assist in e-Builder activities and updates.
- Assist in contractor relationships, bidding, and RFPs along with various construction related activities.
- Assist in coordinating/scheduling meetings and department activities.
- Assist with interaction between construction group and other HHH business groups.
- Manage company vehicle fleet needs.
- Document control.
- Contracts
- Close Out
- Various administrative support activities.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred within A/E/C industry.
- Proven track record as project assistant/administrator within Architecture, Engineering or Construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Outlook software.
- Preferred proficiency in e-Builder, Workday, Coupa, and Icertis.
- Able to work with all levels of management and external professional entities.
- Professional attitude and demeanor.
- Organized and task focused.
- Able to take direction and work independently.
- Adaptable to various situations.
- Able to work with both the Construction group and the Development group within HHH.
- Team player.
