As Talent Programs Lead for the Americas Region, you will play a key role in our People strategy, by enabling us to attract, recruit and develop high performing talent through innovative, modern Talent Programs.

Your mission will be to develop and lead Talent Programs at H&M Americas, including but not limited to our Campus recruitment programs, Digital Recruitment platforms, Internal Talent programs and other strategic talent partnerships. You will be responsible to oversee and evolve all talent program initiatives and partnerships to help us enable continuous attraction and growth of the best talent. You will be the first line of contact for the Trainees and all emerging talent in these talent-led programs. You will partner with HR and Business stakeholders across the business to drive the design, execution, and success of all our Talent Programs and the specialized tracks. You will support and drive the engagement and relationship strategy with universities, partnerships, vendors, and other professional institutions that support H&M's long-term strategic Talent priorities.

This hybrid position is based in our New York, NY Support Office within our Human Resources function and reports to our Regional Head of Talent.

Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

  • Design, innovate and deliver scalable, talent processes, programs, and tools across the Americas Region that elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience, by hiring the best talent for the brand
  • Build the Talent Programs Strategy with a particular focus on identifying diverse, high-potential talent to grow and become future business leaders
  • Build partnership with our Inclusion & Diversity department to collaborate on diverse talent pools and identification in the Americas
  • Design and drive the talent process and identify additional resources dedicated to and necessary for all Talent Programs. Managing the full process from employer branding resources, advertising, attraction, applicant management, collaboration with our external vendors, candidate communication and follow up
  • Act as strategic and operational support representing Talent Programs for different stakeholders within the business, including the HR leadership team (regionally and globally) and business leaders
  • Utilize the Global Talent Programs Portfolio, external partnerships and Employer Brand assets as a guideline when planning for early career initiatives
  • Support campus recruitment as the program lead, spanning from attraction on campus through the completion of the trainee program
  • Be a brand ambassador at external events by sharing relevant information about the company and our employer brand

Additional Information

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Academic degree or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with campus recruitment and/or talent programs
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships is highly desired
  • Strong project and program management skills and experience
  • Strong capabilities in strategy creation and execution, data analytics, with an innovative mindset
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Domestic and international travel may be required, up to 15%

Compensation:

Hiring Range is $125,822 - $144,699 annually
