We seek a Warranty Project Specialist to coordinate resolution of customer incident within our High Voltage Product Business unit. Your responsibilities include handling and coordination of warranty cases from our circuit breaker factory. Collaboration with different organizational levels will be essential to foster a global Continuous Improvement Culture.

How you will make an impact
- Transfer necessary information to define correct resources and materials.
- Coordinate all activities related to service on site.
- Coordinate to prepare method of statement (if required) or reply technical questions raised before, during and after activities on site.
- Create and follow up service orders in SAP.
- Revision of invoices from supplier in VIM
- Revise field service report, time sheets and expenses report.
Your background
- Proven work experience in project management, preferably in service, manufacturing, supply chain management or similar areas.
- Comprehensive skills critical to both product and project management.
- Ability to interact with a diverse group of senior managers and subject matter experts.
- As a person you are well organized and structured.
- Since we are a global company fluency in oral and written English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Yellow Belt).
