Your responsibilities

  • You will be guided to be put on the shelves according to the location information given by the PDA, planning of the central warehouse (partitioning, classification, color separation, labeling) Make full use of the storage space.
  • According to the storage requirements, you will do the corresponding incoming protection (dust-proof/rust-proof/anti-corrosion), first-in-first-out material issuance requirements, production schedule, export the material list from SAP and in house, print the labels to the warehouse workers, and guide and coordinate the warehouse workers to remove them from the shelves.
  • You will record the materials marked as bonded on the bill of materials and make inventory control accounts after moving through in house, deal with the unqualified replacement in the production process, the production line is reissued, and the materials caused by design changes are reissued.
  • At the end of each month, the bonded warehouse you will conduct an inventory and analyze the differences, coordinate problems in the warehouse, warehouse and production lines.
  • You will optimize the existing process, analyze the causes of problems that occur in the work and formulate preventive countermeasures and improve warehouse work specifications.
  • You will formulate a safety system and implement safety and 6S work in the central warehouse area.
  • You will supervise warehouse personnel to comply with various systems and daily work, and inspect and evaluate their performance, cooperate with other departments of the company to carry out work, and do a good job in the control of batching plans and version upgrade materials.

Your background

  • You hold a diploma/degree.
  • Master the knowledge and rules of 6S.
  • Master the warehousing business operation process such as warehouse receipt, delivery, storage, transfer, and inventory.
  • Have certain planning, coordination and organization skills.
  • Qualified for crane and forklift operations.
  • Proficient in Office operation.
  • Possess MRP II & some financial knowledge.
  • Technical school degree or above, major in logistics, warehousing, supply chain related.
  • Proficient in English communication.
