Perform all operations required to make the necessary repairs such as:
- Complete HSE, Quality and Operations documents as required
- Assist in the incoming inspection and disassembly of the unit
- Assist in the reassembly of the active part as per the assembly drawings and pictures
- Make the necessary connections (i.e., braze, crimp, bolt etc.) as required
- Assist in preparing the active part for the dry-out process
- Remove active part from oven, perform a final inspection, tighten and re-tank
- Assemble the unit and prepare it for Final Test
- Prepare the unit for shipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Preferably a college certificate from a technical program or Grade 12 secondary schooling with 3 years manufacturing experience.
