Training Manager - PLM Area

As a Training Manager you will be responsible for creating and develop training material and training programs for HVDC Engineering Applications globally, evaluate and enhance trainings by continuous improvements and manage our training services for current and future applications.

Your responsibilities:

  • Produce or update training material for the latest versions of our applications. (Training classes and training material creation can be outsourced or internal).
  • Keep in close contact with the Hitachi Energy learning department so that our application's training materials are published on the learning platform "Hitachi My Learning."
  • Keep in close contact with the PLM Project teams and ensure that training is developed for the PLM Projects to be implemented.
  • Design and develop training programs, training tracks and schedules needed for the Hitachi Energy's departments using our applications.
  • Ensure that the training courses are marketed in a clear way to Hitachi Energy's departments globally.
  • Perform and follow -up on course evaluations, conduct "lessons learned" sessions and develop trainings by continuous improvements.

Your background:

  • Good knowledge of Siemens suite of tools (Teamcenter, NX, Polarion ..)
  • You have excellent pedagogical skills both in teaching and in writing.
  • Have knowledge of software such as Articulate 360 or similar.
  • Knowledge in SharePoint is valued.
  • You have proven experience as a Trainer, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
  • It's important that you communicate well at all levels of the organization and get your messages across in a logical and clear way.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • You have a high level of integrity and dependability.
  • You are driven, self-motivated with a creative mindset and great collaborative skills, you listen and evaluate ideas and communicate improvements and development opportunities.
