We are looking for a tender manager to lead bids for HVDC Control & Protection systems. This role involves many interfaces and interesting tasks, offering great opportunities for learning and development on future projects worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Deliver bids for Control & Protection systems to our HVDC installations, ensuring we follow processes, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
- Plan and communicate the needs of the tender to the HVDC Control and Protection management team.
- Represent Control & Protection during customer interactions, driving discussions and negotiations.
- Monitor progress of tender deliverables and perform continuous follow-up on tender scope and time.
- Build and maintain a team culture of collaboration, accountability, trust, and transparency.
Your Background
- You are structured, driven, and like to improve processes and come up with new ideas.
- You thrive in a role where you can create networks, value human relations, and work independently towards clear deadlines.
- Experience in project management and bid management. You are comfortable meeting customers and participating in technical negotiations to support your team if needed.
- Proficient and fluent in English, as you will be part of an international setting and need to communicate with people from all over the world.
